Photo Booth Adelaide



The Hirer is responsible for ensuring suitable access with the venue with appropriate power outlets and no stairs for the enclosed photo booth, prior to booking with Your Event Photobooths.

A $100 non-refundable deposit will secure your booking, with the remainder to be paid in full a minimum of 14 days prior to your event. Cancellations more than 14 days prior to your event will a full refund, except for the deposit.

Any damage to the Equipment / photo booth will be paid for by the hiring client.


The following will be included in your quote: – Venue Liaison prior to your event – Delivery, set up and removal of photobooth – Unlimited photos for duration of hire – Double photostrips printed every session in booth – digital copies of the photos sent post event (subject to images saving to the USB, Your Event Photobooths will endeavour to ensure all the images are saved however will take no responsibility for a malfunction of the USB if any or all digital copies are not saved) – Your choice of booth backgrounds – Your choice of software packages – Travel within 30kms of Adelaide CBD.


The following are available on request for an additional cost: – Prop Box ($50.00) – Photobooth Attendant ($25/hour) – Album & silver pens ($80.00) – Branding (POA) – Graphic Designer to customise strips (POA) – Pre-event photoshoot with Professional Photographer to customise photobooth, set-up, ($275.00) – Pre-event photobooth use for invitations/save the date photostrips ($1.25/strip) – Photostrip frames for your guests ($2.50/frame)

Travel Fee

Travel within 30kms radius of the Adelaide CBD is included in the price. Additional kilometres past this distance will be charged at $1.50 per km. Routes will be calculated according to the shortest distance between Adelaide CBD and your venue on Google Maps.

Use of Images

When hiring from Your Event Photobooths, the hirer gives permission for images taken at the event to be used on Your Event Photobooths’ website, facebook page and in printed material for advertising and promotional purposes, unlesss prior written notification is received. Copyright remains the property of Your Event Photobooths. You and your guests are able to use the images for your own purpose.


Your Event Photobooths will not be held responsible for any circumstances or events outside their control that effect the use of the Photobooth at your event. This includes, but is not limited to, power outage, venue’s equipment failure, flood, storm or fire.

If the photo booth is not able to be operated any hire time lost will be made up by Your Event Photobooths at a different time.

Risk and Insurance

The hirer assumes responsibility for any damage caused by guests to Your Event Photobooths‘ equipment and fittings. If damage does occur to equipment due to guests’ behaviour, the hirer will be billed the cost of repairs and/or replacement.

In order to prevent damage to equipment, Your Event Photobooths reserves the right to refuse service to any person. Your Event Photobooths reserves the right to stop the usage of the photobooth at any time during the event if they feel that the photobooth is being misused in a way that is dangerous and/or potentially damaging to the equipment.
